Our 5yr old was listed through the NHS for his tonsils and adenoids to be removed but the waiting list even for what they considered an urgent case was minimum 10 months. We read reviews and contacted Mr Verma, he was quick to respond and from then on the process was faultless and efficient. At each stage, assessment, surgery and post operative we were treated well our son was listened to and supported. We went out of area but it was the right choice, the Nuffield Leeds were very good, staff were caring, the pharmacist was helpful and the aftercare was good. Our son has since recovered very well and is less tired, breathing clearly at night and according to his teacher is more attentive in class. We would highly recommend Mr Verma and the team at Nuffield Leeds.

An excellent ENT surgeon. Explained everything from the beginning and how the operation would proceed. Recovery very good as was healing. Mr Verma gave me great confidence especially after a similar operation at another hospital was so traumatic that I was really nervous about this procedure. Mr Verma calmed my fears and made me confident to go ahead.

This consultant was friendly and professional and reassured me that my age would not inhibit the success of my tonsillectomy. He explained what to expect in the recovery period and he was very honest about possible problems that may occur during this period. I would recommend this doctor to anyone considering this surgery.
